I had the honour to work with Karen, when she was my Clinical Supervisor, for almost three years. I have had many clinical supervisors before Karen, but none of them were able to bring out the best of me while helping me improve in other areas. Karen was able to make me feel understood, validated, and empowered; she helped by increasing my sense of agency and competency by working collaboratively with me in a non clinically judgemental way.
